  1. This is the HQ-FAX Cover letter help file. Copyright (c) 1995 by HTF Consulting
  2. You can get a hard copy of this file by entering "Print covrletr.hlp".

  4. ========================= Function Keys =======================================
  5. <ENTER>       is *NOT* an event key. It behaves like <TAB>.
  6. <TAB>         positions the cursor to the next field.
  7. <shift><TAB>  positions the cursor to the previous field.
  8. <F1>   will display this help file.
  9. <F2>   indicates you are ready to proceed with the cover sheet conversion.
  10. <F3>   takes you back to the Conversion screen WITHOUT preparing a cover sheet.
  11. <F9>   restores the latest screen data from disk in case you have made a mess.
  12. <F10>  saves the current screen data to disk. Data will NOT be saved otherwise!
  13. <ESC>  exits the program.
  14. ========================== Field Inputs ====================================
  15. Fill in the name, address and message text fields with whatever is appropriate.
  16. Move forward from field to field with the <TAB> key, or backward with
  17. <Shift><TAB>.  No edits are done on this data. The phone numbers have no affect
  18. on sending FAXes.
  19.  
  20. If you have your company logo and/or your signature in a graphic PCX file,
  21. you may incorporate them as a part of your cover sheet.
  22. You may enter "[FILE]<filename>" on the top line above the name and address
  23. data to place a logo at the top of the page. You may enter "[X]<filename>" on
  24. any text line to place a signature.  See the section on graphic images in the
  25. User Manual.
